An energy coach helps remove the barriers that are getting in the way so individuals can live the life they have always dreamt possible. These barriers can be stuck thoughts or feelings like: fear, denial, procrastination, lack, unhappiness, judgment, anger, confusion, or doubt. Often people lack the self awareness to work with their feelings effectively, so the 1st step is to expand your awareness. Shifts in energy…in thinking, in feeling, or simply in being can make a dramatic change that instantly propels individuals into motion on their path. Most clients experience this in their first session. A simple process, used to immediately remove the identified barriers, brings about a mind-set change, an opening, a possibility. Then it is time to answer the questions that truly matter: “What do you want instead?”

The base price is the $60, however you might find you also want some reiki while talking with her, so the cost for her time might vary. She will listen to what your issues are and suggest a course of action or healing steps that may help you whether using her courses or other services.
